Film Day Planning and Risk Assessment

Day: I will be filming my music video within the first week of the summer holidays. I am filming in this specific time period because this is when I'm going on holiday to the Lake District which is a scenic location, therefore I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to get some visually interesting shots.

Time: I don't have a specific time of day ear marked for filming, but I am hoping to film the majority of the outdoor shots in the middle of the day in order to get the best natural lighting as I do not intend on using any artificial light.

People: I am completing this coursework individually so I will not have anyone with me to assist with filming. I will only have with me my sister who will be playing the main character, I chose her because she is coming on the holiday with me so is easy to access and she has the right sort of look for what I imagined the lead role to look like.

Risk Assessment

I am also required to complete a risk assessment before filming commences, this is done in order to ensure the safety of both myself and anyone who I will be filming with by identifying any factors that may prevent safety when filming.
