The Brief and Initial Thoughts

The Brief

For our A2 Media Studies Coursework we are required to create a music video that will be accompanied by magazine advert and a CD digi-pack. We are also required to include Blog posts containing Research and Planning, which go into detail concerning Genre/Artist Research and our Initial Ideas.

Initial Thoughts

When first hearing about what is required of my A2 Media Studies Coursework, I initially thoughts were largely concerning how much more is expected this time round than in AS Coursework, as this time we have to create many different products as opposed to just one. I also thought that this subject area is much broader than in AS, as we have to create a music video which can be of any genre or artist, whereas in AS coursework we were confined to the Thriller genre.
